RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
EXTENDING THE TERM LIMITS OF
THE NORTH 40 SPECIFIC PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE
FOR THE UPDATE OF THE NORTH 40 SPECIFIC PLAN
AND REPEALING RESOLUTION 2011 -010
WHEREAS, on March 7, 2011 the Town Council established the North 40 Advisory
Committee which is advisory to the Planning Commission and Town Council; and
WHEREAS, on March 7, 2011 the Town Council defined the operational role and
sunset date of the Advisory Committee as prescribed by Resolution 2011 -010; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, that Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos repeals Resolution 2011 -010 and extends the term of the Advisory Committee
to sunset once the North 40 Advisory Committee has completed their role in reviewing the
Draft Specific Plan.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, the Mayor, Vice Mayor or other
most senior Councilmember appointed to the General Plan Committee shall, in order, serve
as the Chair and Vice Chair of the North 40 Advisory Committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of September, 2013, by the following vote:
