Evacuation plans to address the substantial hazard of a wild land fire or a failure of Lenihan Dam after an earthquake.

Hillside zones with heavy vegetation, narrow
roadways,
steep topography, and significant residential development.
Flood
A catastrophic failure of the dam after an earthquake would inundate a large portion of Los Gatos.

hazard zone evacuation.
