MEETING
JANUARY 3, 2013
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting on Thursday,
January 3, 2013 at 4:00 P.M.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 4:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Barbara Spector, Vice Mayor Steven Leonardis, Council Member
Marcia Jensen, and Council Member Joe Pirzynski.
Note: Council Member Diane McNutt joined the Closed Session portion of the meeting.
Absent: None
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
Greg Larson, Town Manager
- Stated that Susan Kidd submitted a letter of support to Council to keep Bersano
Lane in the Below Market Program (BMP)
Mr. Talesfore
- Commented that the Bersano Lane Home Owners Association voted unanimously
to support the request that the Town maintain control of the BMP home on Bersano
Lane.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 4:04 p.m. to a closed session in the Town Manager's Office
