RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF TERRY ROSE, DEVELOPER
FOUR -LOT SUBDIVISION AT THE END OF WOODED VIEW DRIVE
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. On June 9, 1993, the Planning Commission approved Subdivision Application M -90-
7A relating to the development of property located at the End of Wooded View Drive.
2. Terry Rose, Developer has satisfactorily completed the work in May, 1999, and the
development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on the End of Wooded View Drive by Terry Rose, Developer is hereby
accepted as complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of June, 1999 by the following vote.

The work generally consists of the construction of the Four -Lot Subdivision at the End of
Wooded View Drive, commonly known as the End of Wooded View Drive in the TOWN OF LOS
GATOS, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and was completed, approved, and accepted.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract/agreement is Comerica Bank - California.
