RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ESTABLISH AN
ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY IMPLEMENTING AN
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM WITH A BONUS PAYMENT OF UP TO $1,500
WHEREAS, the strength of our local economy has made it increasingly difficult to recruit
qualified personnel; and,
WHEREAS, it has been found that some types of non- traditional recruiting methods have
proven successful in supplementing other recruitment efforts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to establish an
Administrative Policy implementing an Employee Referral Program with a bonus payment of up to $1,500.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
held on the 7. :th day of June, 1999 by the following vote:
