RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
TAB PRODUCTS COMPANY TO PURCHASE HIGH - DENSITY STORAGE UNITS
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to purchase high- density storage units to increase evidence
room storage capacity ; and
WHEREAS, TAB Products Company has been awarded the General Services
Administrations, Federal Supply Services contract for mobile storage units; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to enter into an agreement with TAB Products
Company for the purchase of high - density storage units; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, that the Town Manager is authorized to execute an agreement with TAB Products Company
for the purchase of mobile storage units
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 5" day of April, 1999 by the following vote:
