RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF
LEXOR INVESTMENTS, INC.
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
AND
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
The Town Council approved the final map for Tract No. 9272 (Boyer Lane) - 330
University Avenue on June 19, 2000.
2. Lexor Investments, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the public improvements
consisting of installation of private street entrance including the construction of necessary curbs,
gutters, sidewalks, paving, catch basins, pipes, culverts, storm drains, sanitary sewers, street
lighting, street trees, street signs, a water system and fire hydrants, as required by the final map,
and the development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Tract No. 9272 (Boyer Lane) by Lexor Investments, Inc. is hereby
accepted as complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice
of Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 16" day of June, 2003 by the following vote.

drains, sanitary sewers, street lighting, street trees, street signs, a water system and fire hydrants.
The work was completed on November 5, 2002, and is commonly known as Tract 9272 (Boyer
Lane) - 330 University Avenue.
