RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING INVESTMENT POLICY DATED JUNE 24, 2002
WHEREAS, the Town's Investment Policy is required to be annually
rendered to and then considered by the legislative body of the local government in a
public meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Town's existing Investment Policy was redrafted in June,
2002 by the Town Treasurer and submitted to the Council on July 1, 2002 for review
and acceptance; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council did review and approve the Investment Policy
dated June 24, 2002 and no additional changes to this policy are recommended at this
time;
RESOLVED, the Town Council has reviewed and accepted the existing Town
Investment Policy dated June 24, 2002 as the continuing investment policy for the
Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16" day of June, 2003 by the following
vote:

AYES: Steve Glickman, Diane McNutt, Joe Pirzynski, Mike Wasserman,
Mayor Sandy Decker.
