RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO ACCEPT A $6,179.50 DONATION
FROM THE LOS GATOS POLICE FOUNDATION
OF AN ENCLOSED CARGO TRAILER
FOR USE AS A MOBILE CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION UNIT
WHEREAS, the Los Gatos Police Foundation has donated funds to the Police
Department with which the Police Department wishes to purchase an enclosed cargo trailer; and,
WHEREAS, the Police Department has specified that the donated funds be used
to purchase the enclosed cargo trailer; and,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to accept
a donation from the Los Gatos Police Foundation for the purpose of purchasing an enclosed
cargo trailer for use as a mobile crime scene investigation unit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 2 "`' day of June, 2003 by the following vote:
