ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10131
LOCATED AT 223/227 W. MAIN STREET
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt resolution approving the Final Map for Tract No. 10131 located at 223/227 W. Main
Street.
BACKGROUND:
On May 26, 2010, the Planning commission approved the Tentative Map (M -09 -008) and the
Conditional Use Permit (U -10 -007) to convert an existing structure into four office
condominiums and four residential condominiums.
DISCUSSION:
Tract No. 10131 subdivides one existing parcel to provide four office condominiums and four
residential condominiums. The developer, West Main Properties, LLC, has provided all
necessary maps and drawings. No additional contracts or bonds are ,required for the
condominium tract map since no new public improvements are required to be installed. No
dedications are required or offered on this map.
The developer has paid the appropriate fees to fully comply with the previously- imposed
development conditions and Town ordinances, as listed on Page 2 of this report.
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT:
This activity is a project as defined under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) but
is ministerial; therefore no further action is required under CEQA.

RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF
TRACT NO. 10131 LOCATED AT 223/227 W. MAIN STREET
WHEREAS, on May 26, 2010, the Planning Commission of the Town of Los Gatos
approved the Tentative Map M -09 -008 and the Conditional Use Permit U -10 -007, with
conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Owner or Subdivider has complied with the conditions of Tentative Map
M -09 -008.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the certain Final Map of Tract No. 10131
in the Town of Los Gatos, dated July 2012, and prepared by Chappell Surveying Services, for
approval by the Town Engineer of the Town of Los Gatos, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 6th day
of August, 2012 by the following vote:
