RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO ACCEPT THE GRANT OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
TO ASSIST IN THE DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF A SUNSHADE TRELLIS
STRUCTURE AT OAK MEADOW PARK IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,000
WHEREAS, Rotary International, through its Community Assistance Program,
provides grant funding to communities in order to benefit the communities in any of several ways;
and
WHEREAS, the Rotary Club of Los Gatos (lunch) has, in working with the staff of
the Town, found a need to provide a shaded area for the public at Oak Meadow Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Los Gatos agrees to accept
the grant of Rotary International to assist in the design and installation of a sunshade trellis structure
at Oak Meadow Park.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the day of 18` day of August, 2003, by the following vote:
