RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPOINTING KEVIN ROHANI, TOWN ENGINEER
TO THE SANTA CLARA VALLEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE (TAC)
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is in need of a Town
representative to serve on the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC); and
WHEREAS, The Los Gatos' current TAC representative, John Curtis, will retire on
December 26, 2006.
WHEREAS, Kevin Rohani, who is the staff support for the Transportation and Parking
Commission, will be the interim Director of Parks and Pubic Works.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Kevin Rohani be appointed as the
representative to the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority Technical Advisory
Committee (TAC).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of December, 2006, by the following vote:
