RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO REJECT BIDS FOR PROJECT 0518
25 FIESTA WAY ANNEX ADA IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, bids were sought in conformance with State and Town law for Project 0518
25 Fiesta Way Annex ADA Improvements; and
WHEREAS, Santa Clara Valley Corporation and Environmental Systems, Inc. submitted
bids to the Cleric Administrator on September 28, 2005 at 10:00 A. M.; and
WHEREAS, the bids submitted were deemed unacceptable on the basis of cost far in excess
of the project budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that Council reject the bids and authorize staff to
rebid Project 0518 - 25 Fiesta Way Annex ADA Improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 17"' day of October, 2005 by the following vote:

Mayor Mike Wasserman.
