FROM MR. ALAN AERTS
WHEREAS, Mr. Alan Aerts has offered to donate holiday display items to the Town of
Los Gatos and has offered to advise the Town regarding the installation and maintenance of the
holiday display items; and,
WHEREAS, the holiday items include: Victorian carolers, ice skaters, horse carriage, hot
air baloon with Santa, Santa in a chimney, Grinch, and pine trees; and
WHEREAS, the Town may use the holiday display for the purpose of decorating the
Town during the holiday season.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Town Council hereby accepts
the donation of the holiday display items from Mr. Alan Aerts.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 19th day of September, 2005_ by the following vote:
