RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING THE MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION PLAN
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005 -2006
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that the Management Compensation Plan for Fiscal
Year 2005 -2006, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 19 t ' day of September, 2005 by the
following vote:
