heritage, the appearance, or the people, of Los Gatos.
This has been the case from the very beginning, when
they took ownership of the complex:

More evidence that they don't care about Los Gatos. They allowed this handmade,
historic mosaic to fall into dis- repair, and then had it destroyed without notifying
anyone or asking for help to save it. Neighbors wept as men with chainsaws tore
it apart with no attempt to save displayable sections.

The oval mosaic at the bottom saying 'Riviera Terrace' had no damage.

If you did walk up, you'd see this. Info about the Planning Commission meeting
obscured. No signs were placed where people routinely walk, stand, or gather, near
laundry rooms or mailboxes for example.

Los Gatos has a reputation for being charming and lovely, because it is. This proposed
expansion looks more like Santana Row. Los Gatos is not San Jose. I don't think it's
citizens want it to be. This does not fit in with surrounding architecture.

If this project were approved of, it would bean un- recoverable loss of priceless, historic
beauty and space in Los Gatos.

There is absolutely no benefit to construction that can make up for the loss of something like
this.

The size of this pot -hole on the comer of Towne Terrace and Rushmore Lane proves that
there's already plenty of traffic on the street.
