ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY TO THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, KNOWN AS EUGENIA WAY NO. 1
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. The annexation of territory hereafter described and designated
"Eugenia Way No. 1 Annexation" under the Annexation of Uninhabited
Territory Act of 1939 comprising Government Code Sections 35300- 35526 is
approved.
2. The property annexed to the Town of Los Gatos is more particularly
described in Exhibit ? ?A?? attached and made a part of this reference.
3. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit a certified copy of this
Ordinance to the Secretary of State. The Clerk is also directed to file
a Statement of Change of Boundaries with the State Board of Equalization,
and the County Assessor of Santa Clara County, under Government Code
Sections 54900- 54902, and to execute and file an affidavit of completion
with the County Recorder of Santa Clara County under Government Code
Section 34080.
4. Within 15 days after the passage of this ordinance, the Town Clerk
shall cause it to be published at least once in a newspaper of general
circulation published and circulated in the Town.
The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 19t day of December , 1977, and
adopted at a meeting held on the 3rd day of January , 1978, by the
following vote:

All that certain real property situate in the County of Santa Clara,
State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of "Blackberry Hill Road
No. 1 11 Annexation to the Town of Los Gatos, said point also being the
most Northerly corner of that parcel of land belonging to the San Jose
Water Works recorded in Book 154 of Maps at Page 37, Santa Clara County
Records; thence along the Northerly line of said San Jose Water Works'
parcel of land and along the Southerly right -of -way line of Blackberry
Hill Road, also known as Mireval Road, 40 feet wide, the following two

corner of said San Jose Water Works' parcel of land; thence along the
Easterly line of said parcel of land South 10.00 feet, said East line
