RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO REJECT BIDS FOR PROJECT OS-22
PARKIl~TG LOT 5 REPAIR AND RESURFACING
WHEREAS, bids were sought in conformance with State and Town law for Project OS-
22 Parking Lot 5 Repair and Resurfacing; and
WHEREAS, Seven contractors submitted bids to the Cleric Administrator/Secretary
of the Redevelopment Agency on April 19, 2006; and
WHEREAS, One bidder did not receive the addendum that was issued for this project,
and in order to meet State bidding requirements ,all contractors must have received any
addendums from the Town;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that Council reject the bid and authorize staff
to rebid Project OS-22 -Parking Lot 5 Repair and Resurfacing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED., at a special meeting of the Town Council/Redevelopment
Agency of the Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 22nd day of April, 2006 by the
following vote:
