RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT
TO THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH CSG CONSULTANTS
FROM $119,000 to $129,000 FOR
PPW JOB NO.05-17 -HIGHWAY 9 SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, In November, 2007 the Town Council awarded a contract for the Highway
9 Safety hnprovement Project -PPW .Job No. OS-17 to CSG .Consultants as the lowest
responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to the construction management agreement with CSG
Consultants is necessary to increase the amount from $119,000 to $129,000 due to increased
construction management and inspection services to accommodate unforeseen project changes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Manager is authorized and
directed to execute an amendment to the construction management agreement with CSG
Consultants to increase the amount from $119,000 to $129,000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting oI' the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of October, 2008 by the following vote.
