RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH PEELLE TECHNOLOGIES FOR DOCUMENT IMAGING AND
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SERVICES NOT TO EXCEED $215,000
WHEREAS, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) are computer systems
that track and store electronic documents and/or images of paper documents; and
WHEREAS, the Town has an immediate need to enhance its document access and
storage capabilities; and
WHEREAS, converting to an electronic system would organize and protect lcey Town
documents, reduce storage costs, and provide residents, businesses, and staff immediate access to
information.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos does hereby authorize the Town Manager to execute an agreement with Peelle
Technologies for document imaging and management system services not to exceed $215,000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held the 3rd day of November, 2008, by the following vote:
