RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF
C.B,B. CONSTRUCTION
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY THE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, on July 12, 2005, the Parks and PUb11C Works Department of the Town of Los
Gatos issued an Encroachment Permit # EN06-009 pursuant to the November 25, 2003 Town of Los
Gatos Development Review Committee approval of Subdivision Application M-04-005, and
WHEREAS, 15940 Blossom Hill Road has satisfactorily completed the public improvements as
required per Conditions of Approval for the above mentioned project.
WHEREAS, the development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the Town of
Los Gatos;
WHEREAS, the work done under permit EN06-009 is hereby accepted as complete pursuant to
tike .plans and specifications approved for the project;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Manager is authorized and directed to
execute the Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as (Exhibit A) hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Clerk Adminish•ator is directed to transmit this Certificate
of Acceptance and Notice of Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, held on the 4°i day of August 2008 by the following vote.

We do hereby certify that C.B.B. Construction completed the work at 15940 Blossom Hill Road.
The work consisted of street, curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light, sanitary sewer, storm drainage
and .street tree improvements as required on the approved Plans aild Specifications for the
project.
The work was completed in May 2008, and is commonly known as 15940 Blossom Hill Road
