RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR SIX-UNIT CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION AT 14981
NATIONAL AVENUE AND ABANDONING THE EXISTING LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, on April 09, 2008, the Town of Los Gatos Planning Commission approved the
Tentative Map Application M-07-147, with conditions, and
WHEREAS, the condition required the Owner, Application or Developer to do the following:
That prior to the delivery of said Map to the Owner or Applicant of said subdivision, and ..prior to
its recordation, the Owner or Applicant of said subdivision; the Covenant, Conditions and Restriction
(CC&R) shall need to be reviewed and approved by the Town Attorney of Town of Los Gatos and Town
of Los Gatos Planning Division.
WHEREAS, the Owner ol• Applicant has complied with the conditions of the approved Tentative
Map Application M-07-147.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the certain Parcel Map at 14981 Nation Avenue
in the Town of Los Gatos, dated August 2008, and prepared by Kier and Wright Civil Engineers and
Surveyors, Inc, for approval by the Town Engineer of the Town of Los Gatos, is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, as allowed by California Government Code Section
66499..201/2, the Light and Air Easement that was dedicated for public use and shown on that certain
parcel map recorded September 12, 194.5 in Book 8 at Page 3, Santa Clara County Records, In alld WhICh
portions of easement are to be abandoned within the boundary of this map are hereby abandoned.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, held on the 2nd day of September, 2008 by the following vote.
