RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPOINTING TODD CAPURSO, DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND PUBLIC WORKS
TO THE SANTA CLARA VALLEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE (TAC) EFFECTIVE JUNE 16, 2008
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is in need of a
representative to serve on the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC); and
WHEREAS, The Los Gatos' current TAC representative, Kevin Rohani, Interim
Director of Parlcs and Public Worlcs, has been the Town of Los Gatos' current representative at
the TAC meetings.
WHEREAS, Kevin Rohani, who is the staff support for the Transportation and Parking
Commission, will continue in the capacity of Town Engineer.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Todd Capurso, Director of Parlcs and
Public Worlcs be appointed as the Town representative to the Santa Clara Valley Transportation
Authority Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 2nd
day of June, 2008 by the following vote:
