RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
JOB NO. 411-821-2401 AND 911-821-2401- FISCAL YEAR 2007-08
POLICE OPERATIONS BUILDING
AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO RECEIVE BIDS FOR THE PROJECT
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the Police Operations Building have been prepared
by the architectural firm of Ross, Drulis and Cuesenbery and duly filed with the Clerlc
Administrator; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos and the Board of Directors of the
RDA has reviewed said plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Town Council and the Board of the
Agency hereby approves the plans and specifications for the Police Operations Building.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Clerlc Administrator is hereby authorized
initiate the bid process for the project in the manner prescribed by Public Contract Code 20101 and
approved by the Town Council on March 3, 2008 and by the Town Municipal Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular joint meeting of the Town Council and the Board of
Directors of the RDA held on the 2"d day of June 2008, by the following vote:
