RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH PUBLIC RESOURCE MANAGEMENT GROUP
TO PERFORM AN OVERHEAD COST ALLOCATION STUDY AND
RECOMMENDED USER FEE UPDATE/STUDY
FOR THE. TOWN OF LOS GATOS
WHEREAS, the Town desires to perform an overhead cost allocation study and
recommended user fee update/study for the Town of Los Gatos,
WHEREAS, Public Resource Management Group is fully qualified to perform an overhead
cost .allocation study .and recommended user fee update/study,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into an agreement with
Public Resource Management Group for service to perform an .overhead .cost allocation study and
recommended user fee update/study, with amounts not to exceed $33,000, and that. the Town
Manager is authorized, .and is hereby directed, to execute said agreement in the name and on behalf
of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of October, 2004 by the following vote:
