RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION
OF THE ELECTED TOWN 'CLERK
WHEREAS, the Town Council establishes the salary and compensation of the Town
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of the management position of Clerk Administrator
necessitates revision of the salary and benefits of the elected Town Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that effective the date the Town Clerk who is elected
in the November 2004 is sworn into office, the annual salary of the elected Town Clerk is $150
per month, and that the elected Town Clerk shall not be provided any benefits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California,. held on the 7``' day of June, 2004 by the following vote:
