RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ESTABLISHING THE MANAGEMENT POSITION
OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR
RESOLVED., by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the management position of Clerk Administrator is hereby
established.
BE ITFURTHER RESOLVED, that the compensation of the managementposition
of Clerk Administrator shall be established upon :adoption of the FY 2004-05 Management
Compensation Plan.
PASSED.AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7`" day of June, 2004 by the following vote:
