RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AL7THORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WTI"H C,G. UHLENBERG LLP
TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL AUDITING .SERVICES
FOR THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
WHEREAS, the Town desires to obtain services to provide professional auditing services
for the Town of Los Gatos.
WHEREAS, C.G. iJhlenbexg is fully qualified to provide professional auditing services,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into an agreement with
C.G. Uhlenberg LLP for service to provide professional-:auditing services, with annual audit amounts
not to exceed $43,500 for FY 2003/04, $40,370 for FY 2004/05, and $43,256 for FY 2005/06, with
an option to extend the contract two (2) additional fiscal ,years, and that the Town. Manager is
authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said agreement in the name and on behalf of the Town
of Los Gatos.

Gatos, California, held on the 21st day of June, 2004 by the following. vote:
