.RESOLUTION NO.2004 - 88
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE .SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, On April 19, 2004, the fee schedule was revised and updated but the
computer surcharge fee was inadvertently omitted from the fee schedule.
RESOLVED, that the Town Comprehensive Fee Schedule is .amended to include the
following fee:
BUILDING DIVISION
1. General
E. Computer Surcharge on Building/Plumbing/
Mechanical/Electrical Permits
4% of Permit Fees
with $1.00 minimum
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 21S` day of June, 2004 by the following vote:
COUNCIL .MEMBERS:
AYES: Sandy Decker, Diane McNutt, Joe Pirzynski, Mike Wasserman,
Mayor Steve Glickman.
NAYS : None
