RESOLUTION OF THE. TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE. TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH TIBURON, INC. FOR AN EXTENDED FIVE YEAR SERVICE
MAINTENANCE .AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, an agreement for extended service maintenance is critical to the
Police Department's computer aided dispatch and records management system; and
WHEREAS., a five year extended services agreement is offered by Tiburon,
Inc., and meets with the police department's satisfaction, and;
WHEREAS, Town Council authorizes the Town Manager to approve further
increases in compensation to Tiburon for these systems for a period of five years, not
to exceed $48,500;
THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into
an agreement with Tiburon, Inc. for an extended five year service .maintenance
agreement and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute
said. agreement in the name an on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 215` day of June, 2004 by the following vote:
