RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF
DIVIDEND HOMES, INC.
AT
ISABELLE COURT (130 NINA COURT)
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN 1VIANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
AND
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS;
1. The Town Council approved the tentative map for Isabelle Court { 130 Nina
Court) on February 20, 2001.
2. Dividend Homes, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the public improvements
consisting of installation of a new street including the construction of necessary curbs, gutters,
paving, catch basins, pipes, culverts, storm drains, sanitary sewers,, street lighting, street trees,
street signs, a water system and fire hydrants, as required by the tentative map, .and the
development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by :the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Isabelle Court (130 Nina Court) by Dividend Homes, Inc. is hereby
accepted as complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice
of Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
