RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DECLARING THAT LOS GATOS WILL STRIVE TO BE A COLON CANCER.FREE
ZONE
WHEREAS, the American Cancer Society is seeking to develop a community
based project fo reduce colon cancer; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos has determined to
assist in this endeavor; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has chosen to adopt a resolution to show
support of this worthwhile effort and will strive to make Los Gatos a colon cancer free
zone.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California does hereby.declare its desire to strive
to make the Los Gatos community a colon cancer free zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos., California, held on the 19 cn day of .April, 2004 by the following
vote:
