RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
'TO ADOPT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENT WITH ANDERSON BRULE ARCHITECTS TO SERVE AS
CONSULTANTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A .STRATEGIC MASTER PLAN
FOR'THE LOS GATOS CIVIC CENTER AND LIBRARY
WHEREAS, after an intensive process of interviews and site visits, Anderson
Brule Architects is the firm of choice to lead the Town of Los Gatos in the development
of a master plan for the Civic Center and the. Library and,
WHEREAS, Anderson Brule Architects is l~nown for their excellence and
depth of experience in the development of master plans for public facilities projects, for
their innovative use of technology, for their :masterful facilitation skills, and for skilled
project .management and,
WHEREAS, Anderson Brule .Architects will assist the Town in analysis of
operational issues and challenges.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, that the Town Manager is authorized to execute an
agreement and enter into a contract with Anderson Brule Architects to serve as
consultants in the development of a Strategic Master .Plan for the Civic Center and
Library.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 15t" day of April, 2002 by the following
vote:
