RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTIIORIZING'THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE .AGREEMENT WITH
.MAZE & ASSOCIATES
FOR
FINANCIAL AUDITING SERVICES FOR FY 2002 .AND 2003
WHEREAS, the current agreement with Maze and Associates was completed with the
Fiscal Year 2001 .audit.
WHEREAS., Maze and .Associates have consistently provided financial .auditing services
to the satisfaction of the Town of Los Gatos.
WHEREAS, atwo-year extension to the existing agreement is in the best interest of the
town in order to provide continuity through the process of implementing new GASB 34 Financial
Accounting Procedures.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Town Council of the Town of .Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter .into a
contract/agreement with Maze & Associates to provide auditing services for fiscal years 2001-02 and
2002-03, :and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said
contractfagreernent in the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of April, 2002 by the following vote:
