RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
PROJECT Ol-D6 -STREET-REPAIR AND RESURFACING
ON PHILLIPS ROAD, CYPRESS WAY, AND HIGH .STREET
AND AUTHORIZING .STAFF TO ADVERTISE THE PROJECT FOR BIDS
• WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the Street Repair and Resurfacing Project on
Phillips Road, Cypress Way, and High Street have been prepared by the Town .Engineer and duly
filed with the Town Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos has reviewed said plans and
specifications.
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Town Council hereby approves
the plans and specifications for the Street Repair and Resurfacing Project on Phillips Road,
Cypress Way, and High Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise the Street Repair and Resurfacing Project on Phillips Road and Cypress
Way for bids in the .manner prescribed by the Town Municipal Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 6t'' day of May, 2002 by the following vote:
AYES: Steven Blanton, Sandy Decker, Steve Glickman, Joe Pirzynski,
Mayor Randy Attaway.
