RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING GENERAL FUND
BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FROM RESERVES FOR DEBT SERVICE AND CIVIC
CENTER IMPROVEMENTS FOR.PURCHASE OF PROPERTIES AT 17 AND 25
FIESTA WAY
WHEREAS, on March 4, 2002 the Town Council authorized the purchase of
properties located at 17 and 25 Fiesta Way; .and
WHEREAS,. staff concluded this purchase on March 5,2002 for a total purchase
price including closing costs of $1,953,524.57
WHEREAS, staff has identified sufficient available funding sources in the General
Fund Reserves for Debt Service and Civic Center Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of Los Gatos
hereby amends the FY 2001/02 General Fund budget in the amount of $1,953,525 by allocating
$1,665,000 from the General Fund Reserve for Debt Service, and $288,525 from the General
Fund Reserve for Civic Center Improvements.
