RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ACCEPT A DONATION FROM THE
LOS GATOS .POLICE FOUNDATION OF A 24 FOOT 2000 WILDWOOD
TRAILER MODEL T21 SP FOR USE AS A MOBILE COMMAND POST FOR THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Los Gatos Police Foundation has donated a 24 foot
Wilderness trailer to the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS.: the Police Department has specified the donated trailer will be
equipped and assigned as a Mobile Command .Post; and,
WHEREAS: the Police Department will receive a 2000 Wildwood trailer
model T21 SP donated by the Los Gatos Police Foundation which will be used as a
Mobile Command Post:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town manager is authorized
to accept a donation from the Los Gatos Police Foundation of a 2000 Wildwood trailer
for the. Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Department..
