RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
OF THE ELECTED TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS, the Town Council has created the appointed at-will position of Clerk
.Administrator; and
WHEREAS, related compensation of the Town Clerk was previously established in
Resolution No. 2001-123:; and
WHEREAS, the revision of the compensation ofthe at-will Clerk Administrator necessitates
revision of the compensation and benefits of the Elected Town Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that effective November 12, 2001., the annual salary of
the Elected Town Clerk is $ , andthat the Elected Town Clerk be provided an auto allowance of $75
per month.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, bythe Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, that Resolution No. 2001-123 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, .held on the 17t" day of June, 2002 by the following vote.:
