RESOLUTION 2002 -101
.RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1993-60,
THEREBY REPEALING THE TRAILS .AND BIKEWAYS COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to address the needs of its community
in the most efficient way possible; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to centralize advisory responsibility
for open space and off-street trails .issues with the Parks Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to centralize advisory responsibility
for bikeways and .related street .route issues with the Transportation and Parking
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: that Resolution 1993-60 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 1st day of July, 2002 by the ,following vote:
