RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATIONS
FOR FISCAL YEARS 2002-2003 AND 2003-2004
.RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the confidential employee classifications be approved effective July
21, 2002, and August 2, 2003 as presented in Exhibit A. Be it further resolved, that the Confidential
employees .receive the compensation and benefit adjustments as presented in the 2002-2004
Memorandum of Understanding between the Town of Los Gatos and the Town Employees
Association.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
ofLos Gatos, California, held on the 1sT day of July,. 2002 by the following vote:
