RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF SRI OLD TOWN, L.L.C. AT
23-50 UNIVERSI'TY_AVENLTE
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. The Town Council approved the Planned Development for 23-50 University
.Avenue, Los Gatos, California.
2. -SRI Old Town, L.L.C. has satisfactorily completed the public improvements
consisting of curbs, :gutters, sdewall~s, driveways, street fights, storm drainage, and
sanitary sewer, as required by the Planned Development in December, 1996 and the
development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED:.
A. The work at 23-50 University Avenue, Los Gatos, ~by SRI Old Town, L.L.C. is
hereby accepted as complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized .and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, .held on the 1st day of July, 2002 by the following vote:

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We do hereby certify that. SRI Old Town, L.L.C. completed the work in March, 2002. The public
improvement work generally consists of the construction of new curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveways,
street lights, storm drainage and sanitary sewer improvements.
The work was completed in April, 2002, and is commonly known as 23-50 University Avenue (Old
Town Center).
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract/agreement is Far West Insurance.
