RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COiJNCIL
OF'THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF
CUPERTINO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. The Town Council approved the final map for Tract No. 9069 -'The Village at Lark on
August 3, 1998.
2. Cupertino Development Corporation has satisfactorily completed the public
improvements consisting of partial widening of Lark Avenue, necessary curbs, gutters,
idewalks, paving, catch basins, pipes, culverts, storm drains, sanitary sewers, street lighting :and
street trees, street signs, a water system and fire hydrants as required by the final map in August,
1998, and the development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Tract No. 9069 by Cupertino Development Corporation is hereby
accepted as complete.
B. The Town Manager is .authorized and .directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk. is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 3rd day ofSeptember, 2002 by the following vote.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We do hereby certify that Cupertino Development Corporation completed the work in November
2000. The work generally consists of the partial widening of Lark Avenue and construction of
necessary curbs, :gutters, sidewalks, paving, catch basins, pipes, culverts, storm drains, sanitary
sewers, street lighting, street trees, street signs, a water system and fire hydrants,
The work was completed in November 2000, and is commonly known as Tract 9069 -The
Village at Lark.
The .Surety on the bond accompanying the contract/agreement is Reliance National Indemnity
Company.
