RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COiJNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF
DE IVIATTEI CONSTRUCTION, INC.
AND AUTHORIZING THE ASSISTANT TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE'THE CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
AND
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. The Town Council approved the final map for Tract No. 9225 -Bungalow Terrace on
January 3, 2000:.
2. De Mattei Construction, Inc, has satisfactorily completed the public improvements
consisting of partial widening of Roberts Road (East) across the frontage of the property ..and the
installation of necessary curbs, gutters, sidewalks and paving, plus on-site driveway, parking,
catch basins, pipes, culverts, storm drains, sanitary sewers, 'lighting, water system, and fire
hydrants, as required by the final map in Mareh 2001, and the development is now ready for final
approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Tract No. 9225 by De Mattei Construction, Inc. is hereby accepted as
complete.'
B. The Assistant Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance :and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit "A" hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 7t" day of October, 2002 by the following vote.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Tract No. 9225 -Bungalow Terrace [16935 and 16939 Roberts Road :(East)]
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We do hereby certify that De Mattei Construction, Inc. completed the work in March, 2001. The
work generally consists of the partial widening of Roberts Road (East)_across the .frontage of the
property and the installation of necessary curbs, gutters, sidewalks and paving, plus on-site driveway,
•parking, catch basins, pipes, culverts, storm drains, sanitary sewers, lighting, water system, and fire
hydrants.
The work was completed in March 2001, and is commonly known as Tract 9225 -Bungalow
Terrace [16935 and 16939 Roberts Road (East)].
The Surety on 'the bond accompanying the contract/agreement is Reliance National Indemnity
Company. .
