MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION PLAN
TO ADJUST COMPENSATION FOR POLICE SERGEANTS
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that compensation for Police Sergeants as presented in Appendix A and
B of the Fiscal Year 2002-2003 Management Compensation Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto
as EXHIBIT A, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16`" day of December, .2002 by the following vote:
