RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ACCEPT FUNDS FROM THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA ALLOCATED TO THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND THE SHARE
ALLOCATED TO THE CITY OF MONTE SERENO AND TO .AUTHORIZE AN
INCREASE IN THE OPERATING GRANTS FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,378.
WHEREAS, the .State of California Law Enforcement Equipment Program (CLEEP) has
awarded the Town of Los Gatos a grant in the amount of $19,795; and,
WHEREAS, the State of California Law Enforcement Equipment Program (CLEEP) has
awarded the City of Monte Sereno a grant in the amount of $15,583; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Monte Sereno agreed to transfer their funds to the Town Los Gatos,
'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to accept funds from
the State of California allocated to the Town of Los Gatos and the share .allocated to the City of
Monte Sereno, and to increase the Operating Grants Funds in the .amount of $35.,378..
PASSED AND ADOPTED at regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, held on the 16`" day of December, .2002 by the following vote:
