AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION PLAN TO ADJUST THE SALARY
RANGE OF THE DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND PUBLIC. WORKS AND AUTHORIZE THE
TOWN MANAGER TO PROVIDE AN AUTO ALLOWANCE
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Management Compensation Plan is hereby amended as shown
in Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16t'' day of July, 2001 by the following vote:
