RESOLUTION DF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE. TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER 1NT0 AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY CENTRAL FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT, THE CITY OF CAMPBELL,
CITY OF SARATOGA, AND THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO PROVIDE STORM WATER .PROTECTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, Agreement for Storm Water System Protection Services
between Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection .District, the City of Campbell,
City of Saratoga, and the Town of Los Gatos is being presented to the Town Council
for its consideration and approval.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to
enter into an agreement {attached as Exhibit A) with the Santa Clara County Central
Fire Protection District to provide Storm Water System Protection Services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 17th day of September, 2001, by the
following vote:
