RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN EXTENDED CONTRACT
WITH MAZE & ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE AUDITING SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEARS
1999-2000 AND 2000-2001.
WHEREAS, a two year extension is requested.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to
authorize the Town Manager to execute an extended contract on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos
with Maze & Associates to provide auditing services for fiscal years 1999-2000 and 2000-2001.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los.
Gatos, California, held on the 22aa day of February, 2000 by the following vote:
