RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GA'TOS
AMENDING THE LAND USE .MAP
OF THE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, pursuant to provisions of Government Code Section 65350 et. seq., the
Town Council conducted a public hearing on April 17, 2000 for consideration in amending the Land
Use Map of the General Plan.
RESOLVED, the Town Council finds that General Plan Amendment GP-99-1 is
internally consistent with the Town General Plan, and that all proceedings have been conducted in
compliance with the provision of Government Code Section 65.350 et seq.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Council recommends that General Plan Land Use Map
be amended as shown on .Exhibit A attached .hereto:
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at a
meeting held this .17th day of April, 2000 by the following vote:
