RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AN'D SPECIFICATIONS FOR
ADA ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES
PROJECT 00-16 - BLOSSOlYI HILL PARK FACILITIES,.PROJECT 00-25 - FORBES MILL
MUSEUM.IMPROVEMENTS, AND PROJECT 00-33 - TAIT MUSEUM IMPROVEMENTS
AND.AUTHORIZE THE CLERK TO .ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa :Clara, State of California, to carry out ADA Accessibility Upgrades -Project 00-
16 -Blossom Hill Park Facilities, .Project 00-25 -Forbes Mill Museum Improvements, and
Project 00-33 -Tait Museum Improvements.
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Public Works has presented Plans and
Specifications for ADA Accessibility Upgrades - Project DO-16 -Blossom Hill Park Facilities,
Project 00-25 -Forbes .Mill Museum Improvements, and Project 00-33 -Tait Museum
Improvements, and
WHEREAS, that these Plans and Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS
!PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - Project 00-1b -Blossom Hill Park Facilities, Project 00-25 -
Forbes .Mill Museum Improvements, .and Project 00-33 -Tait Museum Improvements - dated
Apri128, 2000 on file in the Office of the Town Clerlc, are hereby approved; and
THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the .receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing
of the work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 1St day of May, 2000 by the following vote:
